The office report dated 19.11.2024 received from learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rishikesh, District Dehradun also indicates that Original Suit No.11 of 2010 filed by petitioner was decided on merits by learned trial Court, on 07.12.2018. 4. Since an interlocutory order passed in the said suit has been challenged by petitioner in this writ petition, therefore, after decision in the suit, the challenge to an interlocutory order do not survive. |
