Today the matter is listed on Amendment Application No. 3 of 2022, preferred by the petitioner, seeking to amend the pleadings, as well as the ground, but, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent orders passed by the respondents / authorities, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with the liberty reserved for him to file another Writ Petition afresh on the same cause of action. He is permitted to do so. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the aforesaid liberty. |
