1. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:-

4. In this regard, petitioner has made a representation to the Competent Authority, i.e. the Chief Medical Officer, Pithoragarh on 22.07.2021, which, according to her, is not being considered. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Medical Officer, Pithoragarh to consider petitioner’s representation dated 22.07.2021 (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) as early as possible, but not later than ten days from today.
6. Mr. Vikas Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the State is directed to communicate
