			WPCRL No. 1912 of 2021 Hon’ble R.C. Kh u lbe, J. Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Rakesh Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State. By means of present writ petition moved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR No. 31 of 2020 under Sections 420 and 406 IPC registered at P.S. Tharali District Chamoli. It is submitted that earlier, co- accused had preferred a writ petition being WPCRL No. 971 of 2021 in which the protection was granted to them by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court; the role assigned to the present petitioner is identical. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of. The I.O. is directed to follow the procedure under Section 41 Cr.P.C., as per the law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of_Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & anr., reported in(2014)_ 8SCC 273. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
