Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) from the deceased. The deceased disclosed the said demand to the complainant but the complainant showed his inability to fulfil the demand during lock-down. The accused and his family members became more cruel towards the deceased and committed violence with her. On 16.05.2020, in the night, complainant received a phone call from brother of the accused, who informed that the deceased had died. The complainant along with his family members reached the matrimonial house of the deceased and found that she was murdered by the accused and his family members. Accordingly, the case was registered against the accused and co-accused. 4. It is argued that the accused has been falsely implicated. He is languishing in jail since 23.05.2020. There are two informations submitted by Ruksana and Firoz. First information was submitted by Ruksana on 17.05.2020 while the second information was submitted by Firoz on 19.05.2020. The accused is downtrodden person. There was no question of demanding dowry from parents of the deceased. Apart from that, the applicant has transferred Rs.30,000/- on different occasions in the account of Ruksana. As per the FIR, the accused took Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh) in the year 2014. Thereafter, in the year 2016, he took Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh) and again demanded Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) while as per the information submitted by Ruksana, parents of the deceased paid Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) to the accused. As per statement of Firoz recorded U/s 161 Cr.P.C., parents of the deceased paid Rs.6,00,000/-to the accused after selling out the agricultural property while PW6 Ruksana has admitted in her statement that
