Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned trial Court has dismissed the partition suit in violation of the Judgment rendered in WPMS No.2309 (M/ S) of 2015. Since, the only direction issued in the said writ petition was that the trial Court shall hear all the parties, therefore order passed by the trial Court cannot be said to be in contempt of the order passed in the writ petition.
