On 07.12.2021, the petition was dismissed with a costs of Rs. 1 Lakh. Petitioner was directed to deposit the amount by today in the account of High Court Legal Services Authority.
Registry has reported that the amount has not be deposited.
A copy of this order be sent to Collector, District Haridwar, who shall recover Rs. 1 Lakh from the petitioner as arrears of land revenue and forward the amount to this Court immediately.
List this matter for further orders on 25.03.2022.
Till that date, Collector, Haridwar shall submit his report about the action taken in the matter.
