The petitioner had filed this present writ petition, wherein, he has challenged the charge-sheet dated 09.05.2020.
During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a consequence of issuance of charge-sheet, the disciplinary proceeding in relation to the charges has already been concluded and the respondents have proceeded to pass an order.
Hence, she prays for that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
