Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.
Mr. Pradeep Hariya, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, made a statement that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and the payment of arrears of salary has been made to the petitioner on 29.06.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the statement made by learned Standing Counsel and he further submits that payment of arrears has been received by the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
Contempt notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. All pending applications stand disposed of.
