The appellant proposed to file an appeal against order dated 13.08.2013, passed in Complaint Case No. 1456 of 2014, Devendra Dhiman Vs. Sunil Kumar and others, by the court Judicial Magistrate/2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar (for short “the case”).
According to the application, when the record was received in the office of learned counsel it was lost. Hence, delay.
No objection is filed against this application. In fact, orally also no objection has been submitted.
In view of the grounds assigned, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Delay condonation application is allowed accordingly.
