petitioner remained absent between June, 2002 to December, 2004 and thereafter he was given appointment on daily rated basis on 08.12.2004. Considering these objections, the University authorities have fixed the date of initial appointment of the petitioner since January, 2005. Be that as it may, the initial date of appointment of the petitioner would therefore be 08.12.2004. It is further stated that none of the daily rated workers who were appointed after 08.12.2004 has been regularized. Petitioner has not been able to prove that he was under employment by the University between June 2002 to December 2004.
