- The petitioner before this Court was initially appointed as Assistant Teacher in Primary in District Nainital. Subsequently, after responding to an advertisement and going through a selection process, has been appointed on deputation in the capacity of Coordinator in Cluster Resource Center, Kotabagh in District Nainital. He is aggrieved by an order dated 27.06.2014 by which fresh appointments are to be made for various posts of Coordinators for which the nomenclature has been changed to Cluster Resource Persons and Block Resource Persons. The work, however, remains broadly the same as it was earlier.
- A similar controversy has already been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.1204 (S/S) of 2014, Badri Singh Bhainsora Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others and other connected writ petitions, vide judgment dated 27.10.2014, a fact which is admitted to the learned State counsel.
- In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of the on the same terms and the judgment passed in Writ Petition
