Learned counsel for the applicants admit that there is no infirmity in the order impugned, inasmuch as, the state ought to have been arrayed as respondents in the criminal revision filed on behalf of the applicants.
Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, therefore, summarily dismissed.
This order shall not, however, prevent the applicants from filing fresh criminal revision after arraying State of Uttarakhand as party to said criminal revision before the lower revisional court according to law.
