Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

By way of instant petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent no.4 to permit the petitioner to continue the mining and drilling work and issue work order.

Counsel for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner is repeatedly approaching the respondent no.4, but neither the petitioner is being permitted to continue with the mining and drilling work nor any order refusing such permission is being passed. He prayed that directions may be issued to respondent no.4 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2012. On this, learned Senior Advocate for respondent no.4 submits that in case such order is passed, the respondent no.4 shall pass order in accordance with law.

Considering the submission of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 8^th August, 2012 sympathetically and pass speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
