Short counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents filed. Same is taken on record.
In view of the fact mentioned in paragraph 3 of the short counter affidavit that after filing of the writ petition suggestions were received from the different corners and the matter was reconsidered by the State Government and vide notification dated 28.06.2013 the State Government has repealed the Uttarakhand Right to Information Rules, 2012 and now the Uttarakhand Right to Information Rules, 2013 have been framed.
In view of the statement made in paragraph 3 of the short counter affidavit, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed.
Both the applications stand dismissed.
