Mr. R.C. Arya, Standing Counsel for the State/respondent nos.3 & 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to take decision upon the representations moved by the petitioner through a speaking order within a stipulated period. Further prayer has been made for a direction to the respondents to grant “ Rojgar Bhatta ” in the tune of Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only (` 1,50,000/-) along with 18% bank interest to the petitioner.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that the writ petition may be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondent nos.1 & 2, and the respondent nos.1 & 2 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest.

Mr. D.S. Patni, Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 & 2 submitted that in case such representation is filed by the petitioner, same shall be decided in accordance with law.

Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the competent authority. In case such representation is filed by the petitioner, same shall be decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of filing of representation along with the certified copy of this order. Interim relief application (CLMA No.8070/2013) also stands disposed of.
