Mr. Subhash Upadhyay, Chief Standing Counsel for the OPs.
Mr. Subhash Upadhyay, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the OPs submits that after the disposal of the S.L.P. by the Apex Court, State Government has already issued orders to release payment in favour of all the eligible including the present contempt applicants on 12.3.2014. He further contends that entire arrears shall be paid preferably within eight weeks from today.
Mr. G.D. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the contempt applicants, in view of the statement made by Mr. Subhash Upadhyay, learned Chief Standing Counsel, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file fresh if payment is not released preferably within eight weeks from today.
Order accordingly.
CLMA No. 775 of 2014 and IA No. 1814 of 2014 also stand disposed of accordingly.
