Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I dispose of the writ petition directing Principal, Government Degree College, Bajpur, District Udham Singh Nagar to treat the copy of the writ petition as a representation and he will give a notice to the petitioner to appear before him and consider his claim and contention. Thereafter, he will decide the matter with reasons. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, copy of the writ petition along with this order shall be forwarded to the Principal, Government Degree College, Bajpur, Udham Singh Nagar.
