In compliance of order dated 26.12.2012 of this Court passed in WPMS No.1930 of 2012, now an affidavit has been filed by which notification has been issued under section 6 (1) of Consolidation and Holdings Act. The concerned Secretary Mr. Bhaskranand Joshi is present before this Court and he assured to this Court that notification would be published in Gazette within fortnight.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed and notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged. Personal presence of Mr. Bhaskranand Joshi, Secretary Revenue is exempted.
