Mr. Munish Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Misc. Case No. 301 of 2012, under Section 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Domestic Violence and Women Protection Act, 2005 is pending disposal since 2012, therefore, learned Judicial Magistrate Vikasnagar, Dehradun be directed to decide the case as early as possible.
Present petition is disposed of with the request to the learned Judicial Magistrate to explore every possibility to expedite and conclude the hearing of the Misc. Case No. 301 of 2012. He is further requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
