Having heard Mr. Manish Arora, learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the record and considering the gravity of the offences, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Bail application is rejected.
However, Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
