This is second bail application in case crime no. 59 of 2013 under Section 392, 411 IPC, police station Pathri, District Haridwar.
As per prosecution story, transport vehicle bearing no. UK 08 CA 3851 was looted from the possession of Subhash Chiddharwala after pointing out country made pistol on him; ` 10,000/-, R.C., license, Samsung mobile were also looted from him. Looted vehicle was recovered from the possession of the applicant.
Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Second bail application is rejected.
