This is a 1st bail application seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 46 of 2013 under Sections 307, 353, 332, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Mr. H.S. Dhillon, learned counsel for the applicant submits that fire is attributed to co-accused Joginder Singh; injuries by patal is attributed to Lakvind Singh; no specific role has been assigned to the present applicant, applicant is in judicial custody w.e.f. 29.03.2013; after investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Rudrapur.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
