This is an application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 176 of 2011 under Section 379, 411 IPC, police station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicants are in judicial custody with effect from 31.07.2012; both the offences are triable by Magistrate; after investigation charge-sheet has already been filed.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. Let the applicants be released on bail, on their furnishing personal bond of ` 50,000/- by each of them and two sureties, by each of them, of the like amount, to the satisfaction of trial Magistrate.
