This is a 1st bail application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 9 of 2013, under Sections 420 and 411 I.P.C., P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun.
Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in judicial custody w.e.f. 11.01.2013; offences are triable by the Magistrate; after investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Trial Magistrate.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
