This is an application seeking regular bail in case crime no. 391 of 2012 under Section 120-B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 IPC, police station Ranipur, District Haridwar.
Bail of co-accused Ghanshyam Lamba was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2013.
Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Bail application is rejected.
