Heard Sri B.S. Parihar, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Perusal of the F.I.R. reveals that the offence has been made out against the petitioner/applicant in Case Crime No. 1428 of 2004 under Sections 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C. registered at Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Considering this, the writ petition is dismissed.
