The petitioner filed this petition with a prayer that a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the F.I.R. dated 03.11.2004 lodged in Case Crime No. NIL of 2005 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mallital, District Nainital.
Learned A.G.A. has submitted before the Court that No such F.I.R. has been lodged at the Police Station Mallital, District Nainital.
In view of the submission advanced by learned A.G.A., this writ petition bears no force and is accordingly dismissed.
