In all fairness to him the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his grievance only to the extent of seeking a decision on her representation, contained in Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition.
Prayer is innocuous, deserves to be accepted. The respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within fifteen days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
