Heard Sri Rajdendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lokpal Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the parties stated at bar that the original holding of the respondent No.3 allotted to the respondent may be given back to the respondent No. 3. This statement is in a form of compromise between the parties. Therefore, the order dated 14.02.2001 passed by the respondent no.1 Deputy Director of Consolidation is modified to the extant that the original holding of the respondent No.3 shall be allotted to respondent No. 3 form the chak of petitioner and the petitioner shall be adjusted form the aforesaid areas which is to be taken out to be allotted to the petitioner in the same chak number or at the original holding of petitioner whichever is found feasible in accordance with law on his part.
The petitioner is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
