The Prescribed Authority/ Civil Judge (Jr.Division), Ranikhet, District-Almora is directed to decide the application under section 21of the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972 filed by the respondent No.2 as Rent Case No.3 of 2000, Amba Dutt Tewari versus Baijnath & Sons within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of as requested by the learned counsel for the parities.
