| 01.11.2017 | BEFORE THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Heard Mr. N Majumdar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Majumdar has fairly submitted that he has instructions from the petitioner to not press the matter as the petitioner on second thought has decided to approach the appropriate Civil Court for having the compensation/money that he was compelled to pay to the Bank, etc. The prayer stands allowed. This writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court of the competent jurisdiction for the relief as indicated. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. JUDGE |
