Heard Mr. S. Sarkar, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Tripura.
Seen the order dated 04.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur in Case No. ST 12(ST/A) of 1999(T-I) seeking permission to transfer the aforementioned case from Gomati Judicial District to Unakoti Judicial District, Kailashahar as the incident took place under the jurisdiction of Gandacherra police station, which comes within the jurisdiction of Unakoti Judicial District.
The case is, accordingly, transferred from the file of learned Sessions Judge, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur to the file learned Sessions Judge, Unakoti Judicial District, Kailashar for disposal in accordance with law.
The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur will transmit the case record forthwith. Petition is disposed of.
