Heard Mr. S. Adhikary, learned counsel appearing for the claimant-applicant.
It has been averred that a sum of Rs.1,48,901/- has been deposited in the Registry by the cheque No.116650 dated 25.07.2017.
Mr. Adhikari, learned counsel has clarified that by mistake in para-4 of this application, it has been mentioned that a statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- was made but no such deposit was ever made at all.
In view of that, Registry is directed to release the said sum of Rs.1,48,901/- in favour of the claimant-applicant following the procedure.
In term of the above, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
