Heard Mr. S.C. Majumder, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. R.C. Debnath, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for granting bail to the accused persons namely, 1) Md. Samsul Haque, 2)Md. Suhag Uddin and 3) Md. Nijam Uddin, who have been in jail for the last 75 days in connection with Panisagar P.S. Case No.2017 PNS 007 under Section 148/149/325/326/ 307/302 IPC.

It is fairly stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has now been completed and he has no objection in granting bail by imposing some stringent conditions.

Resultantly, all the accused persons namely, 1) Md. Samsul Haque, 2) Md. Suhag Uddin and 3) Md. Nijam Uddin are directed to release on bail on their executing a P.R. bond of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) by each of them with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmanagar subject to the condition that they shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station without permission of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmanagar and shall cooperate with the investigating officer.
