Heard Mr. A. Bhowmik, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. G.S. Bhattacharjee, the learned counsel for the State-respondents.
By this application, the petitioner is complaining about non-completion of the arbitration proceeding and for replacing the present Arbitrator by another Arbitrator.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Staterespondents that as in similar other cases, the Arbitrator may be granted 6(six) months time to complete the arbitration proceeding. This suggestion is welcomed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Resultantly, I do not find any necessity for changing the Arbitrator at this stage. The Arbitrator (respondent No.4) is directed to speedily proceed with the arbitration case and dispose of the same within the next 6(six) months.
The arbitration proceeding is closed.
