appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. with their conscnt, this writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of adrnission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral

benefits, de,spite token numbers having already been raised by the respon<lent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petit.oner

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicate<l by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 t38 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O2|;, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learrred Assistant Government Pleader for Services-tll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated O3.C)9.2O25 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Petition is disposed of directing the respond.ents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits sharl carry interest at the rate of lozo per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment.
