Heard Sri Nayakawadi Ramesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-l appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on tecord. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itsel[.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering thc ca.se of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Collector on par with her juniors in spite of the issuance of G.O.Rt.No.117 Revenue (Ser.II) Department dated 07.03.2024 i->y the respondent No.1, wherein the provisions of Rute 16(h) of relangana state & Subordinate t \

Service Rules, 1996, were relaxed in favour of the petitioner by declaring her probation from the datc of her joining as probationary Deputy Tahsildar on 23.03.2005, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submit.s that the respondent No.2-the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration addressed a letter to the respondent No.l -the Secretary to the GovernmerLt uide CCLA's Ref.No.Ser.tll( ll 12566430 / 2024 dated Og.O7.2O25i seeking implementation of the said Government Orderand the same has been pending before the respondent No.l f<lr a long time. [n view of the same, learned counscl for the petitioner requested this court to allow the writ Petition b.r, directing the respondenl- authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner lated 04.o3.2026 by taking into account of the letter dated o9.t)7.2o25 addressed by the respondenr No.2 to the responden.: No. I within a time bound period.
