Heard Sri P.Ugender Rcddy, learned counsel for^the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and^pe rused the material^on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up^for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

of the respondents in not releasing the 1r:titioner,s retiral benefits, despite token numbers having alre:r,l ,, been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the . rmounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further ;ubmits that the Ils raised in the present Writ petition hir i already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of .his Court in W.P.No.23l38 of 2025, which was disposed of tid.e order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass a sim.lrr order in thc present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Services-[r did not dispute the submissions made by learned :ounsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.p.N,r 2313g of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the responc( nts will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 ot 2O25, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six⁽⁶⁾ weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benehts shall carry interest at the rate of^{1O%o per} annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment.
