birth is recorded as 15.08.1978 and consequently, the date of attainment of 60 years u,ould be 15.08.2038. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to receive the benefit of MMC up [o 14.08.2038. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 on 20.O1.2025 seeking correction of her date of birth as 15.08.1978 and the corresponding date of attainment ol60 vears as 15.08.2038 lor the purpose of payment of Monthll, Monetarl, Compensation" Hou,ever, no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.OL.2025 and pass appropriate orders, r,r,ithin a time-frarne to be stipulated by this Court.
