However, the respondents are not considering her case for prom r ion solely on the ground of pendency of departmental proceedings r itiated pursuant to the charge memo issuecl uide G.O. Rt. No. 19 ! lndustries and Commerce (Vigilance) Departrnent, dated 30. 12.2( 24. It is further submitted that the petitioner submitted her rvritt,r r explanation on 13.02.2025 , but without considering the same. r n enquiry was ordered. However, there is no progress in the said : rquiry. As such, learned counsel prays this Court to direct th,r respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion tc he post of Royal Inspector in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257, General Adrri ristration (Ser.C) Department, dated 10.06. 1999
