When the matter is taken up for hearing, k i rrrecl counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis raised in tee present Wnt Petition has already been adjudicated by the Di'is on Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 l3a of 2025, which was disp: sed of uide order dated 03.09,2025. and thus prayed to pass sirr ilar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Having regard to the above made submiss ions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passr d by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23I38 of 2025, this Writ petili rn is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the enti., amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a reriod of six (06) iveeks from toda-y, failing rvhich, the entire amo - .rt rvith regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate cl lO% per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actuajl., paid.
