Petition under Article 226 ot lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondents in fixing the seniority of the petitioners notionally cum monitory benefits in the cadre of the SGT (Telugu) i.e. Secondary Grade Teacher, Telugu Medium from the date of appointment as Teachers in DSC-2008, in spite of the written representation date 13.11.2025 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional declare that the petitioners are entitled to be treated on par with the candidates who were selected and appointed in pursuance of DSC-2008 with all consequential benefits.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents herein to forthwith consider the case of the^petitioner for fixing the seniority of the petitioners notionally with monitory benefits in the cadre of the SGT (Telugu) i.e. Secondary Grade Teacher, Telugu Medium from the date Appointment 21-07-2012 as Teachers in DSC-2008, as per the terms of reported judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 1998 (5) SCC 246 & 2008 (7) SCC 728, similar order^passed by THE Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad in WP No.^'1040 of 2025,^pending disposal of the main Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel lor the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in tlris u,rit petition IS squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.l8479 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024.

The said submission is not disputed by learned Assistant Government pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 13.I1.2025 submitted by the petitioners for conferment of seniority of the petitioners on par with the candidates,^'who have been selected and appointed pursuant to DSC-2008, in the light of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.2i193 of 2017 dated 29.06.2017 and W.P.No.l49+l of 2014 dated 13.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioncrs.
