Heard Sri Ch.Chaitanya Mithra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retira-l

benefits, despite token numbers having a-lreacl been raised by the re spondent authorities for payment of thr: : mounts payable to thc petitioner

Learned counsel for the petitioner further ubmits that the lis raised in thc present Writ Petition hrr , already been adjudicated by t he Division Bench of .his Court in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of i.de order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass a sim.l rr order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader I'c r Services-lII did not dispute the submissions made by learnec counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.N(.23138 of 2O2S dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the responrl tnts will release the amounts on a priority basis of the toke r numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the above made submiss; tns and for the reasons alike in the order dated O3.09.2O25 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 c:l 2025, this Writ

Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferabiy rvithin a period of slx (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment.
