The W.P. is filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue a Writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the action of Respondent No. 3 in not facilitating the clrawing and disbursing the rental payments and associated arrears for the period from O7.LO.2O24 until the date of payment along with arrears of electricity charges for the period from April 2025 until the date of payment by the Respondent No. 4 despite sanction of the s€une as per the Proceedings of the Respondent No. 3 vide No.140O/JDH/BLDGS/2021 dated 16.12.2024 and 1400/JDH /BLDcSl2O2l dated 13.05.2025 towards rent for the private building of Petitioner at H.No. l-245178, Chatrapathi Shivaji Nagar, Yellareddy Guda, OU Colony. Kapra, Keesara Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District which is under occupation of ESI Dispensaqr. Heard Ms. Bobbla Jyothirmai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Health, Medical and Family wetfarerespondent Nos. 1 to 4. Perused the record.

The petitioner submits that responclent No.3 has not facilitated the drawing and disbursing of rental payments from the month of October, 2024 and arrears of electricity charges from the month of April, 2025, till date. There is likelihood of respondent No.2 vacating the premises in time and therefore, sought processing of the representation dated 19.01 .2026 forthwith.

In the circumstances stated above, the Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 19.0 L.2026 within a period of two (02)
