This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of F'.C.O.P.No.149 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Judg'e, Additional Family Court, Nizamabad District to the learned Senic,r Civil Judge at Siddipet.

3' Learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection for transfer of F.c.o.p.No. r49 of 2024 on the fire of the rearned Judge, Additional Famity court, Nizamabad District to the learned Senior Civil Judge at Siddipet.

4' In view of the consensus arrived at by the parties, the Transfer civit Miscellaneous petition is a,owed and the F'c.o.P.No.l49 of 2024 pending on the lile of the learned Judge, Additional Family court, Nizamabad District is withdrawn and transferred to the rearned senior civil Judge at siddipet. The entire originar record shall be transmitted within a period of one month. There shall be no order as to costs.
