Heard sri Md. Fasiuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for stamps and Registration, appearing on behalf of the respondents. with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his representation dated 3L.12.2o2s to respondent No. 1, requesting to honour the decree and order passed by the Principal District Judge, Karimnagar, dated 25.11.2024 in E.p.No.262 of 2019 in o.s.No.95 of 2016, and to execute and register the sale Deed at the original sale consideration of Rs.22,OO,O0O/- and Stamp Duty of Rs. 1,68,550/-, which had already been paid by the petitioner. However, no action has been taken thereon so far. Therefore, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3r.L2.2o25 and take neccssary action within a reasonable period of time.

Learned Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, fairly submits that respondent No.l wilt consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.L2.2o2s and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks ' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs
