Yards in Sy.No.107/1/2 situated at Khanapur village, Atmakur municipa!ity,Wanaprthy Oistrict without reference to the orders in the orders in 1.A.No.188 of 2024 in O.S.No.S9 of 2024 and |.A.No.139 of 2023 daled 13-06-2023. 06-11-2023 and 21-08-2O24 while declaring the same as violative ol Articles 14 and 3004 of Constitution of lndia in the interest of justice.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased I submit that in W.P.No.11258 ot 2019, this Hon'ble High Court vide orders dated 1 1-062019 had already issued a specific direction to the registering authority to receive and proce:;s the petitioner's document without reference to the status-quo, order. Hence it is a fit case for grant of exparte interim order by the second respondent pending di:;posal of the writ petition in the interest of justice.

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itsetf.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in refusing to register the pending document No.P.07 /2025 dated 09 .06.2025 and respondent No.3 in keeping the appeal

pending for consideration, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri^{L.SrinivasPatel, learned} counsel for the petitioners, and learned^Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the^respondents.

Learned counsel^{for the petitioners} submits as against the refusral order^{dated 11.06.2025 passed} by respondent No.2, the petitioners^{have preferred} an appeal before respondept No.3 on^23.06.2025. But, so far, no orders are passed .thereon.. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court^{and prays} to direct respondent No.3 to dispose of the said^{appeal within} a fixed timeframe.

Learned Government^Pleader submits that respondent No.3 will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accor. c(? with law, if some time is granted.
