Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, prelerably within a period of six (6) weeks fror.:r t<lday, failing which, the entire amount rvith regard to the retiral benefits shall carry intercst at the rate of lOo/o per annum, from the date the amount fcll due, till the actual date of its payment.
