Heard Sri P.Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral

benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the resprondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Leirrned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Iis rais,ed in the present writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09 .21)25 , and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not disprute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitionr:r with regard to the disposal of w.P.No.2B138 of 2o2s dated OI}.O9.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis .of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Hairing regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated o3.og .2o2s passed by the Division Bench of this court in w.p.No.2313B of 2o2s, this writ
